Webinar Summary
To diversify Los Angeles' water supply portfolio, LADWP and LASAN are implementing Indirect Potable Reuse to recharge the San Fernando Groundwater Aquifer with a new, safe, local, and reliable water source. This initiative, the Los Angeles Groundwater Replenishment Project (LAGWR), is currently under construction and will treat 45 million gallons per day of recycled water to produce advanced purified, drought-resilient water at full buildout. Join the project team to learn about the key engineering challenges faced by LAGWR and the innovative facilities created to overcome them.
